We’ve taken a classic French charcuterie dish, made it with the finest Norfolk pork and encased it in a refreshingly sharp Granny Smith apple gel. This showstopper will confuse and delight your guests in equal measure.

Remove from the freezer and remove packaging. Allow to defrost in the fridge for 10-12 hours, or until completely thawed. Best taken out of the fridge 15 minutes before serving.

Please keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours of defrosting.

We deliver on Wednesday and Saturday only. We hand pack each individual parcel with care using our specially designed frozen boxes which are fully recyclable with plant – based liners and extremely cold gel packs that are frozen down to -27ºc.
