From Frozen:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7.
- Remove from the box and all outer packaging, place onto a lined baking tray and bake for 70 mins.
- Rest at room temperature for 5 mins (medium-rare).

Treat these steps as guidelines, as all appliances vary.

From Defrosted:
- Remove from the freezer and allow to defrost in a fridge for 24 hours or until completely thawed.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7.
- Remove from the box and all outer packaging, place onto a lined baking tray and bake for 35 mins, rest at room temperature for 5 mins (medium-rare).

Do not reheat. Keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours of defrosting.
