Smoked Salmon Fillet and mirin pickled cucumber encased in a rich smoked salmon and créme fraîche mousse spiked with caviar, lemon and dill. The ensemble is wrapped in smoked salmon to create a stunning mosaic of colours, flavours and textures. Our smoked salmon terrine is pure luxury on a plate.

Made in an environment that handles celery, crustaceans, fish, milk, mustard, peanuts, soya, cereals, eggs, molluscs, nuts, sesame seeds, and sulphites.

From Frozen:
Remove from the freezer, remove outer packaging. Allow to defrost in the fridge for 4-6 hours or until completely thawed. Best taken out of the fridge 15 minutes before
serving. Please keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours of defrosting.

We deliver on Wednesday and Saturday only. We hand pack each individual parcel with care using our specially designed frozen boxes which are fully recyclable with plant – based liners and extremely cold gel packs that are frozen down to -27ºc.

If you’re not going to be at home when it arrives, our drivers can leave your order in a safe place. You will be asked to provide this when you checkout.
